By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using any part of the Chief of Staff service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the Service.
Chief of Staff by Moonbow AI, LLC ("Moonbow AI," "we," "us") is an AI-powered executive productivity platform that provides daily briefings, meeting preparation, inbox triage, decision support, delegation tracking, and related features (collectively, the "Service").
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
To use the Service you must:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
You may not create an account if you are a competitor of Moonbow AI for the purpose of accessing the Service to build a competing product, or if you have previously been terminated from the Service for violating these Terms.
We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to the Executive Pro plan. No charge is made during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Current pricing is listed on our pricing page. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice by email. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your account may be suspended or downgraded. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Twilio, and others. By connecting these services, you:
You can revoke access to any connected service at any time from your account Settings.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate briefings, draft communications, provide meeting preparation, and support decision-making. You acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant Moonbow AI a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and content created by Moonbow AI, is owned by Moonbow AI, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
Your content: You retain all ownership rights in the content, data, and information you provide to the Service. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
We treat your business data, priorities, team information, and communications as confidential. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to keep any non-public information about the Service, including pricing, roadmap details, or beta features, confidential.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content produced by the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MOONBOW AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for consequential damages, so the above limitations may not fully apply to you.
By you: You may cancel your account at any time from Settings or by emailing hello@moonbow.ai. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your paid period.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we believe your use poses a risk to us or other users. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
Effect of termination: Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Sections 7, 8, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Moonbow AI.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may cancel your account before the effective date.
